Empowering Youth in Elections

I have been working with PDev II since 2012. Last August, I participated in a workshop which engaged youth and political parties. This dialogue allowed us to come together and talk about issues that impact all of us. Problems we face in Niger often surround youth being manipulated during the elections, so we have attempted to talk about this and find solutions so they are not used as political tools. For Niger, I want it to be an example in the world. It’s a marvelous country, and I would love it to emerge one day. It’s our role as youth to create a synergy between the different structures so we can create a dynamic emerging country. I am an actor of change in my country.
